Wells Fargo voted Best Bank for Collateral Trusts by the readers of Intelligent Insurer

This is the third year in a row that Intelligent Insurer’s readers have voted Wells Fargo as best in class though the first time the company has been presented with the award during a formal ceremony at the Rendez-vous de Septembre.

Intelligent Insurer’s in-house research team spent six months interviewing industry executives and gathering data from thousands of online responses. In total 1,103 full interviews or surveys were completed. The research team collected qualitative and quantitative data to establish which companies are regarded highly and what qualities have been critical to their long-term success.

Wells Fargo was rewarded for its flexibility and responsiveness to clients’ needs, as well as its industry experience.

“We have worked with them for years,” said one survey respondent. “They have a very good product for their market which is competitive – cost is unbeatable.”

Another remarked on the quality of the staff and professionalism within the organisation, adding: “They have a lot of experience and resources dedicated to providing collateral trusts.”

Other comments included “they offer the best customer service in the sector” and “the efficiency of their work and the service is exceptional”.

One survey participant that frequently uses Wells Fargo said: “Their industry expertise is second to none and we are very happy with how things work.”
