Tegron taps senior Tokio Marine underwriter to bolster specialty unit

Tegron Specialty, a Beat Capital backed directors and officers (D&O) liability underwriting specialist, has hired a senior underwriter from Tokio Marine to expand its specialty capabilities.

Kiran Shergill (pictured) joins Tegron from Tokio Marine HCC, where she worked as commercial D&O underwriter for the last five years. Previously, Shergill worked at AmTrust Europe and Lloyd’s of London.

Shergill will play a central role in the development of Tegron’s specialty capabilities. She will be supported by Daniel Brennan who joins Tegron as assistant underwriter.
