Specialist Risk Group swipes head of M&A from PWC

Insurance intermediary,  Specialist Risk Group (SRG), has appointed a new managing partner and head of the SRG M&A team.

Nikki Eastham joins the company after a 12-year career at PWC. Most recently, she was a director of the PWC Financial Institutions Group M&A team. Her experience spans strategic advisory, deal origination, target engagement, diligence, negotiation and integration support. SRG’s latest announcement follows a busy start to 2021 which has included five acquisitions, the recruitment of a 16 strong international wholesale team, and completion of the purchase of a majority share in SRG by HGGC.

Warren Downey, group CEO at SRG said: “Nikki is an outstanding leader in her field and brings a wealth of experience to SRG.
