Aon rallies investigative team after cyber attack
Global re/insurance broker Aon is investigating a cyber incident from February 25 impacting a “limited number” of its systems, according to early assessment.
Aon has brought on third party advisors, incident response professionals and counsel as it ramps up its investigation, the firm said in a regulatory filing for markets.
"The incident has not had a significant impact on the Company’s operations," management said.
"Although the Company is in the early stages of assessing the incident, based on the information currently known, the Company does not expect the incident to have a material impact on its business, operations or financial condition."
