AmWINS completes acquisition of Partners Specialty Group

US-based global insurance distributor AmWINS Group has completed the acquisition of wholesale brokerage firm Partners Specialty Group. The purchase price has not been disclosed.

The transaction was first announced in April.

The company said that the addition of Partners further strengthens AmWINS as the leading US-based specialty insurance distribution firm, with over $14 billion in annual premium placements.
