US P&C sees $4.1bn underwriting turnaround in 9M 2024

The US property and casualty (P&C) industry grew its net underwriting gain to $4.1 billion in the first nine months of 2024, primarily driven by an ongoing turnaround in personal lines, according to ratings agency AM Best.
