Views to 1.1 renewals drew to a rather tight consensus, with global broker Aon joining a building chorus of brokerages claiming that reinsurance capacity had proven plentiful, with some viable benefits for best-performing cedants and the upper layers of property programmes and little to none of the pain previously expected in casualty.
