SCOR launches new sustainable real estate debt fund in Europe

SCOR Investment Partners, the asset management subsidiary of global reinsurer SCOR, has unveiled its fifth fund targeting senior real estate loans in Europe. The fund is classified as Article 9 under European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and has LuxFLAG ESG Applicant Fund status.
