Risk Intelligence appoints new chief commercial officer
Denmark-based Risk Intelligence, a provider of intelligence for near real-time security risk avoidance, has appointed its current sales director Jim Pascoe as chief commercial officer to head the new commercial organisation.
In this position, Pascoe gets the full responsibility to reconfigure, optimise, and invigorate the commercial side in the company including sales and marketing, client relations and retention.
Building on the digital upgrade already deployed in products and services, Pascoe’s promotion also marks the initiation of a set of growth and communication initiatives developed over the summer, including the deployment of client service software that will build the company’s signature relationship-building approach into all touch points, using personalisation and automation to build relevance and add value.
At the same time, directors Jan Michelsen, client and business development director, and Frank Andersen, regional director Asia, will leave their positions in the company.
Hans Tino Hansen, chief executive officer of Risk Intelligence, said: “It is time that Risk Intelligence delivers on our full potential; we have had discussions over the summer to reorganise and relaunch our entire commercial approach to secure this.
“I am really pleased that Jim has accepted the task to ensure that we meet our commercial targets and I am confident that he is the right person for the job.
“In his role as sales director since June he has already worked closely together with the team and launched a range of key initiatives that will positively improve our communication, marketing, sales, and client relations.”
Pascoe added: “I am delighted to accept the new role. Alongside Hanne Klintøe, head of communication and marketing, the account managers, and the operational team, I want to develop our client experience.
“Our existing client retention rate speaks for itself, but with new digital tools, client webinars and tailored solutions, I feel we can enhance this further.”
