Clearwater named top compliance and risk management solutions provider

For the fourth consecutive year, Clearwater, a provider of enterprise cyber risk management and HIPAA compliance software and consulting services for the healthcare industry, has been rated the top Compliance and Risk Management solutions provider in Black Book Market Research’s annual healthcare industry survey.

This year the survey received responses from 2,424 security professionals representing 705 provider organisations. Other firms that received feedback in this category included, in alphabetical order, Accenture, Coalfire, Compliancy Group, Change Healthcare, CynergisTek, Deloitte, EY, Fairwarning, KPMG, Healthcity, and KPMG.

Black Book conducts polls and surveys with healthcare executives and front-line users about their current technology and services partners and awards top-performing vendors based on qualitative indicators of client experience and solution/service satisfaction and three indicators of customer loyalty. Full rankings can be viewed at https://blackbookmarketresearch.com/health-data-security-and-privacy.

“Customer success is Clearwater’s number one priority so it is extremely gratifying to see that our commitment to delivering unparalleled value has been recognised by healthcare providers once again,” said Clearwater CEO Steve Cagle.

“As the Black Book survey data shows, our combination of purpose-built software and expert consulting services is second to none.”
