MS Amlin taps ex-JP Morgan talent in tech push

Lloyd’s global re/insurer MS Amlin has tapped a former JP Morgan talent to improve its technology and services.

Samantha Smithson-Biggs (pictured) has joined the company as head of operational transformation. 

Before joining MS Amlin, Smithson-Biggs was the chief operating officer at Digital Futures, a technology-focussed start up. Prior to that, she worked in financial services, including JP Morgan, RBS and Aviva where she led various transformational programmes.

Smithson-Biggs said: “I am absolutely delighted to join this amazing business, and excited for the journey ahead!”
