Lloyd’s, LMA, LIIBA, CII react to FCA’s ‘uncomfortable’ misconduct findings

Key stakeholders in the London re/insurance market have pledged to address the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) latest report on culture and non-financial misconduct. The report reveals that most disciplinary cases, primarily concerning bullying, harassment, and discrimination, were left uninvestigated, inconclusive, or are still ongoing.
