Lloyd’s first nat cat parametric syndicate makes M&A move

US-based parametric re/insurance group NormanMax Insurance Holdings, which recently made its entry into the Lloyd’s market with the first nat cat Syndicate 3939, has acquired a specialist parametric business in the US to power up its capabilities in this growing sector.
