Insurers face up to €3.6bn in claims on German floods, Verisk warns
Insurers will likely face a price tag of between €2.4 billion ($2.6 billion) to €3.6 billion ($3.9 billion) from floods that washed out southern Germany from May 15 to June 5, global data analytics provider Verisk’s extreme event solutions unit has estimated.
