WTW taps senior leader to drive revenue and growth in North America P&C
Global broker WTW has appointed a new North America property and casualty (P&C) practice leader in its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) division. The executive has held various leadership positions at the Navigators Group, The Hartford, and AIG, as well as at investment management firm PIMCO.
Charlie Carwin (pictured) will assume the role of North America P&C practice leader while maintaining his current position as proposition leader – capital & ERM, North America, P&C at WTW.
In his new role, Carwin will work closely with regional proposition leaders, P&C division leaders, senior practitioners/sellers, and global product leaders to maximize revenue streams from existing and new client relationships. He will also leverage relationships across multiple lines of business and geographies. Additionally, he will spearhead efforts to increase market presence, improve brand reputation, and drive sustainable growth.
Carwin's extensive experience in the insurance industry spans over 20 years and includes senior roles in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). He has worked with clients in the Americas, helping them implement capital modeling solutions.
