WTW taps ex-Lockton/Howden for FINEX leadership role
Global broker WTW (Willis Towers Watson) has tapped an insider, formerly director at Lockton and Howden, to lead its financial institutions (FI) business in the UK.
Henry Keville has been appointed head of FI, financial, executive and professional risks (FINEX) Great Britain. He will report to head of FINEX GB Marcus Porter Wright.
In his new role, Keville will be responsible for the delivery and servicing of financial lines programmes for global banks, insurance companies, asset managers and other businesses within the wider financial services sector.
Keville most recently served as the lead relationship manager for asset management within the FI division of WTW FINEX. Prior to that, he helped establish the asset management businesses for large insurance brokerage firms in London such as Lockton and Howden.
He also led the insurance market’s response to the introduction of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive in Europe and is said to be an expert within the sector. Over the last 22 years, Henry’s core focus has been on the development of bespoke insurance solutions and programme designs for a large number of financial institutions.
Porter Wright said: “I am delighted that Henry will lead our Financial Institutions business. Henry has extensive experience across the financial sector and today’s announcement reinforces the breadth of talent we have across the global FINEX business and enables us to continue to build our FINEX value proposition to provide expertise for our clients.”
