WTW plucks Aon leader to drive growth strategy across North America
Global broker WTW has plucked a senior Aon leader to drive its property/casualty corporate risk and broking (CRB) growth strategy across North America.
Jackie Bolig joins WTW as head of property and casualty for CRB North America from rival Aon, where she most recently served as executive managing director and co-lead for Aon Inpoint, the firm’s management consulting and advisory business.
At Aon, Bolig led Inpoint’s global client offering, sales strategy, and talent framework. In 2020, she joined the Inpoint team as chief commercial officer and part of the global Inpoint leadership team. She also previously worked in Aon’s reinsurance business as the US individual risk and facultative facilities leader. In another prior role, she served as head of the company’s property practice for the greater New York region.
Bolig has more than 30 years of experience in insurance and risk management. Her appointment is aimed at supporting the execution of WTW'S CRB growth strategy across North America.
With management over the property, casualty and environmental teams across North America, Bolig’s leadership will focus on client retention, product development, talent strategy and driving successful carrier relationships across all 12 industry verticals.
Additionally, she will focus on growth across the business, aligning with the industry vertical leaders on strategic product development and innovation.
“Jackie has an outstanding reputation for developing innovative products to meet changing client needs, while also delivering superb client service,” said Michael Chang, head of CRB North America, WTW. “Her experience in bringing technical proficiency to industry-specific needs aligns with our North American strategy, and her approach will elevate client experience and retention across the business. I am extremely delighted in welcoming Jackie to the team.”
