WTW draws Marsh/JLT talent to lead key specialism across global D&F
Global broker WTW (Willis Towers Watson) has plucked a former JLT/Marsh executive to lead a key specialism across its global direct and facultative (D&F) business.
Simon Lusher (pictured) joins WTW in London as client relationship director for large and complex risks, reporting into Garret Gaughan, head of direct & facultative.
In this role, he will lead the food and drink specialism and be responsible for risk solution development, as well as leading a globally connected team, working closely with geography property leaders.
Formerly at JLT Specialty (now Marsh), Lusher has extensive experience in the food and drink sector managing multinational accounts as well as delivering complex placement solutions for clients in this sector.
WTW said it seeks to build strong expertise in fields with specific risk needs.
