WR Berkley unveils new executive appointments
Property/casualty insurer WR Berkley Corporation has appointed John Littzi as senior vice president - deputy general counsel and Neil Keenan as vice president – senior counsel.
Littzi joined WR Berkley in 2011 and since 2013 has served as vice president – senior counsel. More recently, he has broadened his role within the legal department and expanded his engagement with our operating units, working on a variety of transactional and litigation matters, underwriting concerns and regulatory issues. Previously, he was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Keenan joined WR Berkley in 2014 and since 2018 has served as assistant vice president – counsel. Over the past two years, he has worked on a diverse group of projects, involving corporate transactions, employment and litigation matters, underwriting concerns and regulatory issues. Previously, he was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
