Willis Towers Watson leader joins London Market Group board
The London Market Group (LMG), which represents the insurance and reinsurance market in London, has appointed a Willis Towers Watson leader to represent the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) on its board.
Alastair Swift (pictured), head of Corporate Risk & Broking at GB Willis Towers Watson, has joined its board.
Matthew Moore, chair of the London Market Group, said: “Alastair Swift brings a decade of experience at Willis Towers Watson and will be able to give us valuable input from one of the largest organisations in the broker marketplace.
“He has also served as Deputy Chairman of Liiba for the past three years, and so has a clear understanding of what trade bodies such as ours can and should be doing on behalf of this industry. We are delighted that he has agreed to join the board.”
