Willis Towers Watson appoints COO of corporate risk and broking

Willis Towers Watson has appointed Alexis Faber as chief operating officer within its corporate risk and broking segment. She will transition from her current role as global head of financial lines.

Faber joined Willis Towers Watson in 2003 and has more than 17 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles, including co-head of financial lines and leader of the company’s North America FINEX business.

In her newly-created role, Faber will be responsible for delivering the company’s operating model within corporate risk and broking as well as implementing a consistent client experience across the segment from sales to claims.

She will partner with the company’s risk & analytics business to create a standardized client engagement strategy. She will also work closely with line of business leaders globally to optimise client products and solutions as well as service delivery across all geographies within corporate risk and broking.

Based in Memphis, Tennessee, Faber will report to global head of corporate risk and broking Todd Jones.
