Willis poaches Zurich/Chubb execs to bolster Finex claims group
Broker Willis Towers Watson has strengthened its financial, executive and professional risks (Finex) claims and legal group with two new hires from Zurich and Chubb.
Nina Krull and Elizabeth “Liz” Caldwell have been appointed as associate director – claims advocates for the broker's Finex Claims & Legal Group. Krull will assist clients navigating complex claims and coverage issues that arise under Finex-placed insurance programmes, while Caldwell will provide cyber, errors and omissions (E&O), and media liability claims advocacy for clients.
Krull was previously at Zurich American Insurance Company, as senior claims counsel, managing complex primary and excess claims for financial institution and corporate customers. She has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry which includes claims management, coverage litigation, risk analysis and policy drafting in the D&O, E&O, EPL, crime, fiduciary and cyber practice areas. She will be based in North Carolina.
Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Caldwell served as cyber/E&O counsel within Chubb’s office of general counsel where she supported the business in its day-to-day activities and in developing new products. Previously, Caldwell managed cyber, E&O, media, and EPL claims at AIG. She will be based in New Mexico.
