Vizion Insurance adds former Aon exec as founding partner
Vizion Insurance Brokers, a new broking venture launched by the former heads of Bluefin and Chubb, has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Pete Living as a founding partner.
Living has specialised in the high net worth market developing the portfolios for Aon UK and A-Plan Insurance for the past eight years.
In January, Chris Blackham, the former chairman and joint CEO of Bluefin, and John Sims, who worked for Chubb and AIG, joined forces to launch Vizion, an innovative platform that will help brokers launch their own businesses.
"We are delighted that Pete is joining us," Sims said. "He is the fourth Founding Partner to join since we launched in January. It is further confirmation that Vizion provides an attractive home for brokers looking for an environment where their endeavours are recognised and appropriately rewarded.
"We are already ahead of expectation in growth terms and we will be announcing further Partners quite soon."
Living added: "I’m delighted to be part of Vizion. It is the ideal opportunity for me to run my own business with the backing of a team that has a first rate track record in the broking market. The timing was perfect for me and, having known John for many years, I knew I was partnering with an excellent group focused on customer service and with a deep understanding of the broking profession."
