TMK claims team named market leader in latest Gracechurch survey
The Gracechurch 2019 London Market Claims Report has named Tokio Marine Kiln’s (TMK) claims team as the market leader for 2020, based on the company’s performance in 2019.
Gracechurch based its conclusion on independent research using metrics and benchmarks including net service satisfaction, claims service quality, bespoke analysis of service performance ratings and verbatim feedback. TMK achieved the top scores for overall satisfaction, broker favourability, and all ten of the core service attributes relating to claims service.
The report states: “2019 has seen significant changes in the London Market competitive set. TMK has significantly improved its service and favourability and now leads. Moving to the top slot in the market is highly positive.”
TMK’s head of claims, Nick Sinfield said: “Delivering a great service to our brokers and clients by seeing things through their eyes brings about great outcomes for them and is a key part of how we attract and retain business. We are delighted the independent research ranks us as leading the market which is a credit to our claims staff.”
