Syndicates lag in rate & exposure management in geopolitical lines

Select  Lloyd’s syndicates have yet to tie up holes in net exposures in political violence, terror and SRCC created in when 2023 reinsurance renewals tightened terms and exclusions, and they continue to price only for past loss experience, Lloyd’s chief of markets Patrick Tiernan warned in his Q3 market message.
