Sturdy acquires SSL Insurance Brokers from Oneglobal
Sturdy AGI Holdings, a newly-formed holding company, has acquired the entire share capital of Lloyd's broker SSL from Oneglobal Holdings.
Sturdy has secured approval from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for the transaction.
Following the change of control in the end of February, SSL Insurance Brokers will be renamed Sturdy Insurance Brokers.
Earlier in June 2020, SSL Endeavour rebranded as Oneglobal Broking citing a new vision for reinvigorating the broking experience.
