SmarterSafer urges better hurricane season precautions

SmarterSafer.org, a US coalition of taxpayer advocates, environmental groups, insurance interests, housing organizations and mitigation advocates, has released a statement to mark the start of the 2016 Atlantic hurricane season, which began on 1 June and runs through until 30 November.
