Sedgwick appoints Linda Sim to key role in Asia

Sedgwick has appointed Linda Sim as head of its forensic advisory services division in Asia.

Sim is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years of professional experience in the forensic advisory services arena. She has worked on numerous business interruption and fidelity losses of varying scope and size for both insurers and law firms across the Asia Pacific region. She has also led complex, multi-jurisdictional investigations and risks assessments for major corporate clients.

Prior to joining Sedgwick in 2017, Sim held senior positions as director of compliance, forensics and intelligence at a specialist global risk consultancy and as an investigation officer at the Securities Commission of Malaysia. She has also worked as both an auditor and accountant for global banks and management consultancy firms.

In her new role, Sim will lead the division’s team of skilled professionals in delivering first-class service to clients and expanding Sedgwick’s forensic advisory services in Asia. Linda will work with international colleagues and a dynamic team of experts across Asia to strengthen our forensic advisory offerings.
