SCOR Global Life bolsters France leadership in expansion move
French reinsurer SCOR's international life and health subsidiary SCOR Global Life has made three new appointments to strengthen its position in the French market.
Barthélemy Philippe is promoted to director of the French Market. Formerly the head of client solutions for SCOR Global Life, Philippe will now lead the French market, working closely with clients in the region. He will report to Pilar Santamaria Cases, head of Western Europe and Latin America, and will be based in Paris.
Jean-Philippe Lavergne is promoted to deputy director of the French Market. Lavergne will support business development teams in the group’s new strategic plan. He will report to Philippe, also based in Paris.
Finally, Olivier Cabrignac is promoted to head of innovation for Western Europe and Latin America. Formerly deputy director of the French market, Cabrignac will now assume a role focused on innovation across the consumer journey in the markets of France, Iberia, Italy and Latin America. He will report to Pilar Santamaria Cases, and will remain based in Paris.
