Ryan Specialty Group vows massive hiring run in 2022

Ryan Specialty Group will set out on a hiring spree that could bring a record crop of new brokers into the organization in 2022, founder and CEO Patrick Ryan has said.

"We expect to keep growing," Ryan said of the business outlook for specialty non-admitted lines. Capturing growth requires "prudently investing more in each of our specializations."

With investments both in current and new staff, Ryan expects massive acquisition of experienced talent.

"We expect to onboard our largest broker class ever in 2022 and we currently see increased opportunities in the marketplace to hire additional experienced talent to fortify our position as an industry leader," CEO Ryan said.
