RT Specialty expands property reach with appointment

RT Specialty, a wholesale brokerage unit of Ryan Specialty Group, has hired JC Sparling to expand its property reach.

Sparling, who is based in New York, is a seasoned property wholesale broker who has been in the business for over 25 years.

He previously held senior positions at CRC, Mercator Risk Services and Marsh.
