RSG Underwriting Managers unveils new executive vice president
Ryan Specialty Group has appointed Miles Wuller as executive vice president of RSG Underwriting Managers, the managing underwriting division of Ryan Specialty Group, which provides centralized governance, shared services, executive leadership and oversight to its specialty underwriting businesses.
Wuller joined RSG in 2010, originally as global treasurer leading capital activity and executing RSG’s M&A strategy across the specialty space. Most recently, Wuller has been senior vice president of RSG Underwriting Managers, where he has led the integration of the underwriting group’s acquisitions and start-ups into one unified operating platform in addition to providing executive leadership for the underwriting companies.
Nick Cortezi, chairman and CEO of RSG Underwriting Managers, said: “Miles’ promotion is well deserved, and it speaks to the incredibly important role that he plays in leading the underwriting managers. Matt Nichols and I are extremely appreciative of the tremendous support, insight, and guidance that Miles has shared with us. We look forward to working closely with Miles as we together find new opportunities for expansion and help to grow and develop the many underwriting platforms that make up RSG Underwriting Managers.”Wuller added: “I appreciate the acknowledgment and confidence from Pat Ryan, Nick Cortezi and Matt Nichols. I would like to thank them and my colleagues for the tremendous experience and opportunity over the last 10 years with RSG and RSG Underwriting Managers. RSG is comprised of the most exceptional, driven and committed professionals in the specialty industry, and it’s an honor to work with them daily. I look forward to being part of the next chapter for RSG Underwriting Managers with Nick Cortezi, Matt Nichols and all of our recently added All Risks teammates. I wish Mike Rice a blessed retirement and thank him for his guidance over the years.”
