PartnerRe declares dividend on preferred shares

Global reinsurer  PartnerRe has declared a dividend for the period June 15, 2021 – September 14, 2021 of $0.3046875 (£0.22) per share on the Company’s 4.875% Fixed Rate Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, Series J.

The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2021 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2021.

The Bermuda-based company reported Q2 net profits of $314 million, up from $229 million year-on-year. H1 net profit was $248 million for the half year.

PartnerRe reported $28.3 billion total assets as of June 30, 2021. Total capital was $9.2 billion and total shareholders’ equity was $7.2 billion.
