Oneglobal nabs ex-RFIB/Towergate exec for risk leadership role

Specialist independent Lloyd's broker and delegated authority specialist  Oneglobal has bolstered its senior leadership team with the hiring of an experienced insurance professional who previously worked at the RFIB Group, Towergate and Aviva.

Lisa Siggery (pictured) has joined Oneglobal Broking as executive director of risk and compliance.

She has 30 years’ experience in the insurance sector, with more than two decades spent in internal audit, risk management and compliance roles. Siggery most recently served as group risk and compliance director at the Jensten Group, which she joined in 2020 from RFIB Group. Prior to that, she was group risk officer at Towergate Insurance; Solvency II director and head of risk and compliance at IAG (UK) and held various key roles at Groupama and Aviva, among others.

Her appointment is subject to regulatory approval, and aims to further strengthen Oneglobal’s international risk and compliance capabilities.
