New CEO to take the reins of Miller from January
Broker Miller has announced that Greg Collins will become its new CEO of Miller from January 1, 2017, in an appointed it has described as the “most significant senior management change” in its recent history.
Collins replaces Graham Clarke who will assume the role of non-executive chairman from the same date.
Collins joined Miller in 2004 to lead its professional risks business. He was appointed to the Miller Board in 2007 and became COO in 2011 and subsequently deputy CEO in 2016. He is also on the board of The London and International Insurance Brokers' Association (LIIBA).
Collins said: “Becoming CEO of Miller is a great honour. Leading a business with such a great client base, outstanding workforce and proud history is a responsibility I take very seriously and look forward to with great excitement.
“I would like to thank Graham Clarke on behalf of everyone within our partnership for 16 hardworking years as CEO in which he has overseen some of the most important milestones in the history of our business. I very much look forward to continuing to work alongside him in his new capacity as non-executive chairman.”
