New CEO of Bowring Marsh UK & Ireland unveiled

Broker  Marsh has named a new CEO of the UK & Ireland division of  Bowring Marsh,  Marsh’s international placement business.

Justine Mayhew (pictured) will be based in London and report to Tom Davies, Global CEO, Bowring Marsh. She succeeds Ryan Bond, who has been appointed as head of Climate and Sustainability Insurance Innovation.

Mayhew joined the business in 1995, focusing on the design of solutions for complex risks in the global insurance market. Since 2016, she has been leading a diverse team of over 50 international property and mining placement specialists as head of International Property within Bowring Marsh.

Davies said: “Organisations are facing an increasingly complex and often volatile risk environment. Justine is a highly-respected leader who has an in-depth understanding of client needs around the world. Under her leadership, Bowring Marsh’s UK business is well-placed to support our clients as they pursue their growth agendas.”
