MS Reinsurance bolsters C-suite with key leadership move
MS Reinsurance ( MS Amlin AG), a global reinsurer domiciled in Switzerland and part of the MS&AD insurance group, has continued its leadership build out with another C-suite appointment following four recent executive hires from Swiss Re, Axis Re and PartnerRe.
Kate McDonald (pictured) has been appointed chief strategy officer.
McDonald has been with the re/insurer for more than five years where she served as its chief financial officer. Prior to joining MS Amlin, McDonald worked for six years at accounting firm PwC, most recently as director in its audit and risk assurance practice.
McDonald's appointment follows that of Benedikt Schmid as chief information and data officer, Susanne Gnädinger as chief transformation officer, Marcus Pollak as head of underwriting operations, and Stefan Behr as head of EMEA group clients, international casualty and engineering in February.
