Miller taps rival Lockton in Asia reinsurance expansion move

Specialist re/insurance broker  Miller has bolstered its treaty and facultative casualty and financial lines expertise with a senior hire from Lockton as part of its Asia reinsurance expansion strategy.

The company has recruited Craig McCoig-Lees as a treaty and facultative casualty and financial lines specialist broker.

McCoig will support the build out of Miller’s facultative and treaty reinsurance offering in Asia, with a focus on Casualty and Financial lines. He will be based in Miller’s Singapore office.

McCoig joins Miller from Lockton International where he was head of broking, casualty in the Asia Pacific market. He has spent over ten years in Singapore, prior to which he was based in London. He has also held roles at JLT Re Asia (Singapore), Cooper Gay (Singapore) and R K Harrison in (London).
