Re/insurance broker Miller has hired Richard Boughton in a business production and broking role to further strengthen and grow its North American MGA business.
Boughton joins Miller from Lloyd's re/insurance broker RFIB, and will lead the commercial property/casualty MGA teams. He began his career in 1982 with Harrison Horncastle, before working for Bell and Clements.
"I am delighted that Richard has joined Miller," said Gary Clark, head of programmes at Miller. "He brings a wealth of experience and is highly respected within the industry. I am confident he will play a key role in taking our business forward."
