MGAA adds commercial managing agent Centrix as new member

Midlands-based commercial managing agent Centrix has joined the  Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) as it looks to expand its UK presence and connect with the London Market.

Founded in 2019 by Mark Hands, Centrix is focused on the commercial combined and property-owners market.

Centrix said the MGA trade association was a natural fit to help execute its strategy of growing market share.

“As a regional MGA, we’re keen to leverage opportunities to trade in the London market, and the MGAA will help us to access the businesses and events needed for us to achieve this as well as provide opportunities for our growing team to tap into the Association’s training and development resources, such as MGA Assess,” said Hands.

MGAA CEO Mike Keating commented: “I’m really pleased to welcome Centrix to the MGAA community. One of our priorities for 2021 is to extend the Associations’ regional footprint and ensure that we represent the interests of MGAs throughout the UK.”
