Marsh & McLennan Agency acquires firm to expand in west Texas

Marsh & McLennan Agency, the middle market agency subsidiary of Marsh, acquired employee benefits consulting firm Insurance Partners of Texas. The move follows the recent  acquisition of Texas-based iaCONSULTING.

As a consequence of the transaction, Insurance Partners of Texas employees will join Marsh & McLennan, expanding the firm’s presence into Abilene.

The acquired firm offers a range of employee health and benefits-related services to midsize employers in Texas.
