Marsh makes leadership changes after duo depart US property and FINPRO practices
Broker Marsh has made senior leadership appointments within its property and financial and professional liability (FINPRO) practices in the US and Canada.
Michael Rouse will assume the leadership of Marsh’s US property practice. He has more than 20 years of property insurance experience, most recently serving as the company's US property placement leader.
Rouse succeeds Duncan Ellis, who has left the firm. Rouse will report to Martin South, president, US and Canada, Marsh.
Additionally, Michelle Sartain has been appointed FINPRO practice leader for the US and Canada. She has more than 20 years of experience serving in roles of increasing responsibility at Marsh in FINPRO and in the US sales team, including most recently as US sales leader.
Sartain succeeds Devin Beresheim, who has also left the firm. He will report to Pat Donnelly, Marsh JLT Specialty leader for US and Canada.
Based in New York, both the executives will join Marsh’s US executive committee.
