Lloyd’s John Neal and journalist Kate Adie to speak at MGAA annual conference 2019

The Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA) have revealed Lloyd’s CEO John Neal and journalist Kate Adie will speak at its fifth annual conference in London on 2 July 2019.

MGAA has set ‘Survival of the Fittest’ as the theme for the event, which will see luminaries from MGAs, insurers and brokers meet to discuss market hardening, underperforming classes and access to capacity, broker consolidation, and regulatory challenges and opportunities for MGAs.

The event will host an insurance ‘Question Time’ session with industry experts, as well as giving the spotlight to mental health via a workshop presented by the MGAA Next Generation group.

In partnership with the CII, the association will showcase a new e-learning platform and complete solution called MGA Assess, which is designed to help businesses comply with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD).

More than 76 capacity providers and service suppliers will be exhibiting alongside the conference offering the opportunity for further business discussions.

MGA products and services supplier Connexus is event headline sponsor.
