IMA-Dallas adds new leadership to fuel growth
IMA, a US insurance broker specializing in property and casualty insurance, employee benefits and surety bonds, is adding new leadership to its Dallas office to manage growth in its property and casualty division. Donna Pankotai will take on the new role of team senior vice president and director of client services, focusing on mid-to-large complex accounts.
Pankotai has more than 30 years of experience in strategy development, marketing and global team leadership for multinational and national property and casualty accounts, with special strengths in actionable risk planning on highly complex projects, risk profile assessment, product innovation, analytical risk modelling and mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining IMA, Pankotai was senior managing director for Risk Consulting Partners, where she assessed exposures and risk environments for highly intricate domestic and multinational businesses. Throughout her long career, she has held numerous senior management positions with Lockton Companies, Aon and Sedgwick.
Pankotai is dedicated to leadership and talent development initiatives. She serves as a faculty member and curriculum developer for The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research, focusing on multinational best practices.
