HTC Global Services joins Willis Towers Watson’s Radar Live Collaboration programme
HTC Global Services has joined Willis Towers Watson’s Radar Live Collaboration programme, bringing its insurance-focused system integration expertise and knowledge of regional market needs to the table.
Radar Live is a price delivery and decision engine platform tailored to both P&C and Life markets. The software technology allows insurers, brokers and intermediaries to quickly and easily develop rates, rules, adjustments and decision engines and deploy them directly into their operations for real time execution. This ensures companies can develop sophisticated pricing and decisioning strategies and cut their time-to-market from days to minutes, enabling quick reaction to market developments, while providing greatly improved accuracy of rate deployment and operational efficiency.
Willis Towers Watson said that HTC’s extensive domain and digital transformation delivery expertise will significantly help insurers, MGAs and intermediaries to rapidly implement Radar Live pricing, rules and decision support into their portfolio management, pricing and claims decision workflow processes.
Manny Bedi, director of insurance practice, HTC Global Services, said: “Radar Live is a complete solution in the market for insurers looking to achieve operational efficiency by cutting time and costs of rate implementation. Combining HTC’s expert system integration capabilities with Radar Live redefines our combined value proposition in a new, flexible insurance ecosystem, where innovation, agility and scalability are essential to improving performance that meets the evolving needs of clients.”
Andrew Harley, Director at Willis Towers Watson, said: “We are delighted that HTC has joined our Radar Live Collaboration programme. HTC has invaluable expertise in delivering and integrating emerging technologies that perfectly complement the capabilities of Radar Live and will help to drive significant value to our mutual customers across the world.”
