Generali unveils new head of engineering underwriting in GC&C Asia
Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C) has appointed Dawood Yeung as new head of engineering underwriting in Asia.
Yeung succeeds Timson Hui, and will now be responsible for leading the engineering business across the regional market. He will report directly to the head of GC&C Asia Axel Roesner.
Yeung has over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing on underwriting and loss prevention engineering. He joined Generali in 2004 as engineering senior manager.
Roesner said: “I am delighted to announce the promotion of Dawood Yeung and I am sure that, in his new capacity, he will strongly contribute to further strengthen our unique underwriting skills. Having a very strong team, we will continue to be committed to the Asian market and to serve our clients at the highest level.”
