Gallagher Bassett acquires Adjusting Associates for UK expansion
Risk management firm Gallagher Bassett (GB) is acquiring the assets of loss adjusting and claims management firm Adjusting Associates to further expand its size and offerings in the UK.
Wales-based Adjusting Associates provide services to London Market clients, predominantly managing domestic, commercial, liability and business interruption claims. It primarily serve businesses in the UK, as well as in the Republic of Ireland, France, Portugal, Italy and Spain.
Following the deal, the Partners of Adjusting Associates Stephen Sheppard, Andrew Swan and their associates will continue to operate from their current location, reporting to Simon Pemberton, CEO of Gallagher Bassett’s UK operations.
