French reinsurer CCR appoints new CIO Mechbal from Allianz

French reinsurer CCR Group has appointed Hind Mechbal as new chief information officer (CIO), and member of the executive committee.

Mechbal began her career in 2000 at General Electric Healthcare, before joining Allianz Group in 2013 as head of information systems and organisation in Casablanca, Morocco.

In her new role, Mechbal will pilot the ongoing technological developments aligned with group strategy, and ensure the efficiency and security of information systems.

Bertrand Labilloy, chief executive officer of CCR Group, commented: "We are pleased to welcome Hind Mechbal who brings the group her experience in digitisation and lean management for the overall benefit of its clients and partners."
