Florida claims homeowner rebuild on new entrants, Citizens take-outs

Florida claimed to be garnering a trickle of renewed interest in its homeowners market as regulators approved a second carrier entry on the market following recent reforms alongside approval for take-out of 280,000 policies from the overburdened state insurer of last resort, Citizens.
