Everest Insurance promotes specialty, risk management leaders in US
Everest Insurance has promoted Mike Karmilowicz and Dave Sandler to president for specialty and risk management business segments.
Karmilowicz leads Everest Specialty Underwriters (ESU), which currently comprises the executive solutions group (financial institutions, public & private D&O, & cyber), professional liability, alternative solutions (transactional liability & private equity), political risk & trade credit, and surety. Karmilowicz has also joined the board of the specialty insurance group (SIG), Everest’s sports & leisure specialist organisation based in Carmel, Indiana.
Sandler will lead the risk management group, that also includes monoline workers compensation, multinational casualty, commercial casualty, energy and transportation & logistics. Sandler has also joined the board of Everest Insurance Company of Canada.
